In a recent share by Sherri Jo Bentschner in a Linkedin group that I am honored to be part of, Know, The Magazine for Paralegals, a great order was shared which was issued by Federal Judge Sam Sparks with the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.  The order was issued for 2 attorneys who couldn’t play nice according to Judge Sparks.

I know that none of us work with attorneys who can’t play nice in the sandbox, but I bet we have all come across 1 or 2 opposing counsel who can’t!  Take a look at the order, if nothing else, it is good for a laugh and oh, yes, maybe hang it up to remind yourself that there is humor in law sometimes.
