Court Awards Kirkland Client More in Attorneys’ Fees Than Damages

In an article written by Andrew Longstreth in AM Law Litigation Daily, Kirkland & Ellis received $10 million in attorneys fees and costs in their recent lawsuit against Emigrant Savings Bank.
